Guest editing Plenitude magazine
Know any queer writers? I’m thrilled to say I’ll be guest editing the next issue of Plenitude magazine, Canada’s queer arts & literary magazine.
Plenitude accepts submissions from both Canadian and international writers. Submissions are ongoing, but the deadline for Issue 4 is JANUARY 10.
About Plenitude Magazine
Plenitude Magazine aims to promote the growth and development of LGBTTQI literature through a biannual electronic (e-reader and tablet) publication of literary fiction, nonfiction, and poetry by both emerging and established LGBTTQI writers.
Plenitude aims to complicate expressions of queerness through the publication of diverse, sophisticated literary writing, from the very subtle to the brash and unrelenting.
Past contributors are emerging and established queer writers, including Journey Prize nominees like myself and Nancy Jo Cullen, Betsy Warland, Lydia Kwa, George Ilsley, Peter Knegt, Sierra Skye Gemma and more.
How to Submit
Plenitude accepts text submissions through Submittable. For more information, visit plenitudemagazine.ca
All unsolicited submissions of fiction, nonfiction and poetry should be unpublished, original works. Plenitude accepts simultaneous submissions; in the event that your submission is accepted elsewhere, please let us know right away.
Also, Plenitude pays honorariums of $20 per poem, $70 per prose piece, and $50 per review/interview/article for web.
Plenitude Magazine buys first serial rights; copyright remains with the author/creator.
