Retreat program Rates starting from $449 +HST*

Book early! Retreat spots are limited and the earlybird retreat rate* of $449 is available for a limited time. 

Accommodation rates will vary depending on the option you choose. Retreat program rates and accommodation rates are outlined and must be paid for separately.

In order to offer the widest possible price point and to accommodate various budgets, we have negotiated a number of outstanding accommodation options in Victoria and nearby. See Accommodation to determine pricing.

Early bird rate (to JULY 15) — $449 + HST

Regular rate (AFTER JULY 15) — $499 + HST

earlybird Rates available until JULY 15, 2021

• Rates will increase to $499 after this date

• Spaces in 2021 will be limited to 8 participants

• A non-refundable deposit of $200 is due at the time of registration; remaining balances are due by July 15, 2021

• Please note that in the case of cancellation, a $150 administration fee will be applied to all refunds. If the event itself is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of organizers (such as Covid-19 restrictions), participants will be offered credit for future One Life retreats and workshops or a full refund.

• There will be no refunds on cancellations after July 15*

Limited Discounts and Incentives available for:

• Previous One Life Writing retreat participants

• Group Booking Incentive Discount (groups of 3 or more participants registering at the same time will each receive a $30 discount on earlybird or regular rates)

• All participants who register before July 15 will enjoy a 30-minute private writing consultation with Trevor included in the retreat price

• Special Island Rate of $350 + HST for Island writers who wish to take part in workshops only (conditions apply, please inquire)

• One hour private writing consultations with Trevor available for retreat participants at special retreat rate of $90/hour.
  

PRIVATE accommodation From $107/night + HST

Check out Accommodation options to determine your accommodation pricing. Please note that you are required to organize payment and deposit for your accommodation directly through your preferred accommodation venue. A limited number of rooms can be shared.

For retreat participants staying at The Orient, accommodation bookings can be made directly through the hotel. Be sure to mention that you are part of the Write by the Sea writing retreat.

Note that registration is not complete until payment or deposit is received, along with your completed retreat registration form.

Please contact The Orient Hotel to secure your room of choice, and to inquire about payment options and cancellation policy. Accommodations must be purchased within two weeks of registering for the retreat.
